Hi — I’m Zo (founder, healer & chief plant whisperer)
…a practicing witch, plant-lover, and lifelong maker who started Sylvan Spell to create the kind of thoughtful, ethically sourced tools I wished I’d had when I began my own path. Over time, my work grew to include not only handmade goods but also hands-on healing, leading to the creation of Heal with Zo, my practice offering Reflexology and Reiki in Guelph, Ontario, focused on nervous system regulation and gentle, trauma-informed care.
Today, both spaces, Sylvan Spell and Heal with Zo, are rooted in the same intention: to help people reconnect with calm, presence, and their own natural rhythms. I make and source every item and hold every session with care, integrity, and intention. Come as you are, you’ll find approachable magic and meaningful healing here.
